Because our earrings are worn on the ears, we cannot accept returns of used earrings for hygiene reasons.
We gladly accept:
✅ Returns of unworn earrings within 30 days of delivery.
Requirements:
- Unworn
- Original packaging
- In original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
We happily replace or refund if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged.
- Your order has a manufacturing defect.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos if applicable.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production or shipping has begun, we may not be able to cancel the order.

If items from a Buy 3, Get 1 Free order are returned, the promotion will be recalculated.
Refunds will be based on the adjusted order value after the promotional discount is applied.
